Vegan Chocolate Marzipan Cups



Enjoy these tasty vegan chocolate marzipan cups, which are great for when you're craving something sweet. Rich dark chocolate and almond paste come together to make a sweet treat that everyone will love.

Ingredients:

  • 200g vegan dark chocolate chips
  • 150g almond flour
  • 100g powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • Vegan chocolate chips or chopped nuts for garnish optional

Instructions:

Melt the vegan dark chocolate chips in a microwave or using a double boiler until smooth

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, powdered sugar, maple syrup, and almond extract

Mix until a dough forms

Divide the dough into small balls and press each ball into the bottom and up the sides of mini cupcake liners or silicone molds to form cups

Pour melted chocolate into each cup, covering the bottom and sides completely

If desired, garnish with vegan chocolate chips or chopped nuts

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until the chocolate sets

Once set, carefully remove the cups from the liners or molds

Serve and enjoy!
