Low Carb Pizza Chips



These low-carb pizza chips are a tasty keto-friendly snack that will satisfy your pizza cravings without making you feel bad. They're crunchy, cheesy, and really simple to make!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup low-carb marinara sauce
  • Pepperoni slices optional
  • Fresh basil leaves optional

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 400F 200C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet

Shred mozzarella, grate Parmesan, add Italian seasoning, and garlic powder to a bowl

Mix well

Make a thin, even layer of the cheese mixture on the baking sheet that has been prepared

Heat the oven and put it in

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy

Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit

Cut the cheese into chip-sized pieces with a pizza cutter or knife

Dip the pizza chips in the low-carb marinara sauce that you serve with them

Before serving, you can add a slice of pepperoni and a fresh basil leaf to the top of each chip if you want to
