This Rasa Malaysia recipe for Ginger Garlic Baked Chicken is full of delicious flavors. When you mix ginger, garlic, and soy sauce together, you get a delicious marinade that gives the chicken thighs a rich flavor. If you bake the chicken, it will be juicy and tender, making it perfect for any day of the week.

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions:

Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C

Honey, minced garlic and ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl

Put the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the sauce mixture over them

Make sure that every piece is covered evenly

Bake in an oven that has already been heated for 25 to 30 minutes, basting the chicken with the sauce every now and then

After it's done, take it out of the oven and add sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top
