Blueberry Banana Bread Wishes and Dishes



Enjoy the delightful combination of sweet bananas and juicy blueberries in this vegan version of banana bread. Perfect for breakfast or as a snack, this moist and flavorful bread is sure to satisfy your cravings!

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions:

Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up

Set the loaf pan aside after greasing it

Put mashed bananas, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract in a large bowl

Put whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a different bowl and sift them together

Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones while stirring them together

Be careful not to mix too much

The fresh blueberries should be added slowly

Once the loaf pan is ready, pour the batter into it

Put it in the oven and bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean

Take the pan out of the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes before moving it to a wire rack to cool all the way through
