Ingredients:
- 4 beef cube steaks
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F 200C
In a shallow dish, mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika
In another dish, whisk together eggs and milk
In a third dish, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese
