Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • Optional: shredded coconut and pineapple wedges for garnish

Instructions:

Add pineapple chunks, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and ice cubes to a blender

Blend until smooth and creamy

Pour into a glass and garnish with shredded coconut and pineapple wedges if desired
