Vietnamese Brisket Sliders



These Vietnamese-style brisket sliders are bursting with flavor, featuring tender marinated brisket, crisp vegetables, and spicy mayo, all sandwiched between soft slider buns. Perfect for parties or a flavorful snack!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb brisket, thinly sliced
  • 12 mini slider buns
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger to make the marinade

Place the thinly sliced brisket in the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best flavor

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat

Cook the marinated brisket slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha sauce to make the spicy mayo

To assemble the sliders, spread spicy mayo on the bottom half of each slider bun

Top with cooked brisket slices, cucumber slices, shredded carrots, and fresh cilantro leaves

Cover with the top half of the slider bun and secure with a toothpick

Serve immediately and enjoy!
