With this Healthy Apple Pie Smoothie, you can enjoy the tastes of apple pie without feeling bad about it. It's full of fiber, protein, and warming spices, so it's a great way to satisfy your hunger and keep your body healthy at the same time.

Ingredients:

  • 1 apple, peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:

Place all the ingredients in a blender

Blend until smooth and creamy

Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup if needed

Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder smoothie and blend again
